Privacy

Your information.

What this website stores and how to contact us about it.

01

Information you provide

The contact form stores your name, email, subject, message, reference and processing status so that the operator can handle your enquiry. Do not include sensitive documents, passwords or payment-card details.

02

Journal email list

If you submit your email address in the subscribe box on a journal article, we store that address, the page you subscribed from and the date, so that we can send occasional notes about new articles. We do not sell or share the list. Every email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove your address at any time using the contact form.

03

Accounts and orders

When email sign-in is available, we store your account email and authentication records. Saved addresses and orders are associated with your account. An order includes the selected edition, price and delivery information. Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider, not in this website.

04

Browser storage

A first-party session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Saved works are stored in this browser and can be removed on the work page or by clearing site data. Administrator editing recovery uses local storage. This site does not include advertising trackers.

05

Security and providers

Temporary rate-limit records help protect sign-in and contact endpoints. When configured, email delivery uses Resend and online payment uses PayPal. These services receive the information needed for the requested operation. Never put authentication secrets in a contact message.

06

Retention and backups

Enquiries, account records and orders remain stored for handling and record keeping until removed by the operator. Private backups may contain these records; authentication codes and sessions are excluded from backup snapshots. Backup retention is managed separately from active records.

07

Contact about your data

Use the contact form for a question, correction, access or deletion request. Include the email used for the relevant enquiry or account. We may need to verify that the records belong to you before acting.
