Can I buy an artwork now?
A purchasable edition has a Buy digital edition button. If you see Enquire about this work, use the contact form to ask about availability. Saving a work or sending an enquiry does not purchase it.
Will a digital order arrive by post?
No. A digital edition is a file. Physical reproductions are handled separately by enquiry.
Is this an original historical painting?
No. Huali presents reproductions and digital editions inspired by or reproducing the listed works. The historical artist and the version used should be identified separately from the edition you receive.
What can I print, and how large?
Check the actual pixel dimensions and permission on the edition page. The printing guide explains how to discuss size and materials with your printer. Contact us for specifications if an edition is available by enquiry.
Can I resell or share the file?
Do not assume that purchasing a file includes resale, redistribution or commercial rights. The final product licence will describe permitted use, including whether a print shop may handle the file on your behalf.
Will the colours match my screen?
A screen emits light; a print reflects it. Differences in paper, ink and equipment affect the result. Review the listing and order a small proof when colour and detail are important to your choice.
What if a file is missing or cannot be opened?
Use the contact form and include your order reference, the filename and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords, card details or sign-in codes.
Can I get a refund?
Digital editions are normally non-refundable once payment is completed or the file has been downloaded. Contact us if you were charged more than once, the file is missing, incorrect or unusable, or a refund is required by applicable law. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been approved.
Does an artwork promise luck or other effects?
No. Historical and cultural symbolism is presented as context. Huali does not promise changes to fortune, relationships, health or financial outcomes.
